About Us
Embrace Tradition, Taste Excellence
The Saba Legacy
As a young man, Elias Saba inherited not only the groves but the responsibility they represented. With a deep respect for what his ancestors built, Elias expanded the family’s legacy by purchasing orchards and planting even more olive trees, determined to carry the tradition forward and share it with the world. Using cold-press methods, the handpicked olives are harvested at peak ripeness and pressed within eight hours, are transformed into a rich, golden oil with a smooth, peppery finish that speaks of Akkar’s wild herbs, mountain air, and centuries-old soil.
Every bottle of Saba Oil carries more than just flavor. It holds the story of a family who never wavered, who honored their roots, and who believed that something grown with care could speak across time and borders.
